When you submit the contact form or book an appointment we collect your name, phone number, email address, the service you are interested in, your preferred date/time and any message or notes you provide. When you engage our services we may also receive copies of identity, employment, commercial or family documents required to complete the procedure you request.
How we use your information
We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, schedule and confirm appointments, prepare and submit applications to the relevant Bahraini authorities on your instruction, and communicate with you about your file. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Sharing with authorities and partners
Documents and details are shared with government authorities (such as LMRA, the Information & eGovernment Authority, the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, municipalities, EWA or GOSI) and, where necessary, with typing centres, translators, insurers or licensed lawyers — strictly to the extent required to complete your requested service.
Storage and security
Enquiry and appointment data is stored in a secured database and our team receives an email notification for each submission. Physical documents are handled by our own staff, kept sealed during collection and delivery, and returned to you once the procedure is complete.
Retention
We keep enquiry records and copies of submitted documents only as long as necessary to complete your service and meet our legal and regulatory obligations in Bahrain, after which they are securely deleted or destroyed.
Cookies and analytics
This website stores your language preference in your browser and embeds a Google Map, which may set cookies governed by Google's own privacy policy. We do not use advertising trackers.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing fileclosedservices@gmail.com or messaging us on WhatsApp.
