These terms govern the use of this website and the business and government support services provided by File Closed Services W.L.L. (CR No. 185025). By submitting an enquiry, booking an appointment or engaging our services you agree to them.
Nature of our services
We provide administrative assistance, documentation support, government liaison and business consultancy. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal representation; where legal advice is required we coordinate with licensed lawyers.
Authority decisions
Approvals, processing times and fees are determined by the relevant government authorities and embassies. We prepare complete and accurate applications and follow them up diligently, but we cannot guarantee the outcome or timing of any official decision.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and genuine information and documents, and for informing us promptly of any change. We may decline or discontinue a service where documents appear incomplete, inaccurate or unlawful.
Fees and payment
Service fees are agreed before work begins. Government fees, fines, translation, attestation and courier charges are payable in addition unless stated otherwise. Fees for work already performed are non-refundable; government fees are subject to each authority's own refund rules.
Appointments
Online appointments are requests until confirmed by our team. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel. We may reschedule in exceptional circumstances and will contact you as early as possible.
Documents and delivery
Complimentary collection and delivery is offered within the Kingdom of Bahrain for clients using our services. We take reasonable care of documents entrusted to us and will notify you immediately of any issue.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bahrain.
